The room was clean and nice. It was small, cramped, with little room to move around, but for bathing and resting it served its purpose. There was no noise from the street, nor did I have a balcony, but you could hear the voices of other guests. Nothing that would keep me awake. The man at the reception who always attended us during the day was very kind (unfortunately I don't remember his name); he helped us with a lot of information about the city and through him we bought the Hop on Hop off bus that he suggested. In addition, the day of the check out, he offered to keep our bags so that we could enjoy the morning without the luggage. And if we had any questions, he always gave us a good suggestion. I can't evaluate the hotel breakfast, because we didn't hire him.
You can hear voices from one room to another. But it's no big deal.

Evenia Rocafort impressed me with its cute ambiance and helpful staff. The strategic location made it easy to explore nearby restaurants and attractions. A bit more attention to cleanliness would enhance the experience, as hair lingered in the bathroom.

This hotel suits me perfectly. I appreciate the 24-hour reception, free Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. On my first stay, the staff helped me with a local food delivery number, which I remember fondly. Highly recommend!

The hotel is perfect located in order to reach all major attractions, either by metro or even by foot, very central but in a quite area. We stayed in a room at 6th floor with a view towards the street, preferably to a view in the inner yard (very dark). The best thing we highly appreciated in every evening after a full day of walking and in every morning to wake up was the high-pressure shower - one of the best! The room overall was comfortable, spacious enough for 2 persons and quite luminous. The cleanliness of the room was reasonable (there were some parts on the desk with some dust in the first day and the wall paper stained by previous tourists).
What we did not like was the smell of urine in some parts of Barcelona, including some of the streets around the hotel. Because the street view, it’s not possible to sleep with window open because of the noise of the cars that collected the garbage in the morning (we used the AC as much as possible, but not during the entire night). Also, there was a bad odor when we returned in the room and especially in the first day. The bad is very hard and the pillows are very narrow but you can always use the extra ones available in the wardrobe. We did not appreciated at all the fact that we were given only one small soap daily and in the last 2 days not even this (we had to use shower gel instead). Also, some other small inconvenients: you may use the free internet in your room but you must have a cable (they don’t have wireless), otherwise you must pay 4e for it; the magnetic cards for the doors did not work too smoothly (at least for us and our neighbors).

Improved natural light in rooms would be great.

Comforts of a nice size queen room with an extra bed were fabulous. The bonus was contemporary room decor and superb bar. The hotel was good value and in a central location. Found Bar Restaurante Ecuasucre with perfect drinks 100 metres away. The service was absolutely good! Got wake up calls free of charge, not bad too.
