Loved the location of Evenia Rocafort, so close to metro stations and great eateries. The room was clean and trendy, with a comfortable bed. The staff were mostly friendly, but one receptionist during the evening shift was not welcoming at all, which was disappointing. The air conditioning needed improvement. it struggled to cool the room properly. Although the morning staff were great, I expected a warm welcome right from the start, especially since we were celebrating our first wedding anniversary. The room was a bit noisy at night, likely due to the window facing inward. Overall, the experience was positive, but the lack of consistent service and the air conditioning issues certainly put a damper on things.
